Cenatoph Residence

This house was planned in 40’x60’ plot with about 7500 sq.ft of built space.
The aim was to give the client their dream house with all the amenities and luxury which should be maintainable.
Architecturally, this house is designed on basic principles of Vaastu with lot of natural light and ventilation.
The interior spaces have been designed in a neat contemporary style with a warm décor with wood and marble tiles on the floor. Lot of natural stone work has been done to connect the outside space to the inside.
This house comprises of 3 bedrooms, hometheatre and living + dining +kitchen, utility and a gym /dance / Art studio.
